fun times + reflections
¿Que pasa man?
Saturday night I played pool w/Tisha, Meghan, Preston, and Steve, and let me tell you guys it has been TOO long!! It was super fun even though I was there for -2.47 seconds and played AWFUL....thennn I watched Sex and the City for a long long time, then slept in with no alarm to wake me up going BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP which was awesome *sigh*
Sunday Meghan and I did our traditional hanging out and went shopping at Crabtree mall, which was the most successful shopping trip I've ever had, and it took only about an hour! Probably b/c of the lovely Meghan who assisted me

then I hung out that night w/the "regulars" (haha) and we played Spades!!! It has also been too long since I've played spades....some of my favorite memories (so far) at NC State are from last year and this summer playing spades and just having an awesome time w/Lacey and Travis and Larry and all them, awwww! *tear*
Today was a very musical day, and guess what - I MADE PEP BAND ON SOUSAPHONE!!!! WOOOHOO!!! I'm super excited, it's gonna be great
Also today I made a new CD w/mainly Ween on it, some old some new. But ALSO, half the reason I was in such a terrific mood today(besides the fact I was wearing my most favoritist shirt EVER), is b/c these 3 songs that are sooo cheerful and awesome are on it:
1.) The Polyphonic Spree - Reach for the Sun (you may recognize from VW Beetle commercial b/c VW is the best type of car ever)
2.) The Postal Service - Such Great Heights
3.) This song by Ween that I downloaded as Chocolate Town....it's not Chocolate Town but it's SO awesome, and no one knows what it's called....so IM me if you want it
Tonight I saw the Packabelle's concert w/guests the Pitchforks from Duke...which no offense (b/c they were super awesome), but you could SO tell that each and every one of those guys were from Duke hahha, aka they wore khakis and sweater vests (hahhaha jewhamsdj)
One of the dudes looked exactly like Rick, a dude I used to date....it was crazy!!!! Well he looked a tiny bit older, but was still a spittin image of him...a.k.a he was hot. It made me reflect on my FYE days, (when I worked at F.Y.E in Concord Mills, {for your entertainment; a CD store} for those of you not in the know)
I had the MOST success w/men there, who knows why....but I never took any initiative or anything! I was so shy, and still am, but waaayyyy more so then. I was just reflecting, which led to other reflectionification....
I thought of some thing sthat drive me insane about myself and about other people too
about myself:
~ worry WAY too much....about EVERYTHING
~ feel sorry for people too much (not good if I plan to be a police officer
....I had more but I don't want to list my faults b/c that's distastful haha
about others:
~when girls (or boys) HAVE to have a boyfriend (or girlfriend) to function!!! It's more rampant in women, hence using them first....but it just drives me insane!!! Like they need other people to complete them, oiy!
~ when people chew really really loudly
~ when people overreact about things
I also noted that when somebody says or thinks that i can't do something, then I HAVE to do it.....for instance when I said I wanted to do sousa, there were a few people that said I couldn't therefore I'm trying harder.
and I also noted that I hate when people worry about me or give me too much attention....esp. when it comes to my emotions. I definitely internalize everything, which I'm sure isn't healthy hahah
that's the end of my reflections
. . . I'm going to get NO SLEEP EVER this week b/c I have 209347q90w382092834 papers to write - YAAAHHH!!!! That and the fact that I've had a very scary nightmare every night for the past week and a half :-/
and also I might go visit cold stone creamery tomorrow! mmmmm
so good luck to all of you on dead week/finals, and also everybody who's sick hurry up and get better! I miss healthy everybody!

) Tyrone and i won most huggable boy and girl in band! YAY! The "teddy bear" award! I was disappointed in the amount of hugs I received @ the ball but I got like 290348723048 hugs just now when everybody left so it's all good 
.....all my friends are missing all these events and it's so sad! People are coughing up bits o' lung (EW EW EW EW EW EW EW) and everybody sleeps forever! I wish I could tend to all your needs and bring you all chicken noodle soup and vicks vapor rub but I can't even afford to pay attention right now! So all I can say is that i hope you all feel better and ::hug::
